TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Beautiful girls Fleck and Connie had their first trip out for a long time, as they had both been in season when they came into the Trust.
They were very excited by all the sights, sounds and new smells.
Fleck would’ve liked to have joined in the game of chase with the other dogs in the park.
She got quite excited but it was her first time out in a couple of months we will take her out several more times to get used to all the exciting things out there in the real world.
Fleck enjoyed a paddle in Bracebridge Pool in the park.
Both dogs were great travellers, lying down on the journey.
They make a great pair and are reassured by each others company but both love lots of fuss from anyone who gives it !🐾💕
If you are looking for a pair of greyhounds these girls may be a good option as they have been kennelled together but they could just as easily be homed separately.
Fleck was playing with one of our volunteers in our paddocks recently and had us all in stitches – she was very enthusiastic when the ball was thrown but didn’t quite know what she was supposed to do.😂 Well she is a greyhound and not a retriever after all!
She’s been described as a real “people dog”, full of beans and very friendly.
If you’d like to come and meet Fleck and possibly Connie too, then please call us on 0121 426 4810 or contact us to make an appointment to come to our Watford Gap Kennels near Sutton Coldfield.
