TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Garfield is fairly new boy to the kennels but he’s already been out and about to our group walk in Tamworth. Our volunteer said he coped really well and wasn’t bothered by the ducks and geese nor by the sound of the skateboard park.
He didn’t seem to worry about other breeds of dogs but none got really close to him for a real test.
He had a viewing at the kennels with a family who have a 6 year old child and he found that a bit scary as he is on the quieter, shy side so we think he would prefer a calm household perhaps with older or no children.
Garfield broke his hock while racing and although it’s fine now he’s not a dog who could go on really long walks or hikes but he would love gentle walks in the park or the countryside followed by a snooze.
If you’d like to offer Garfield a forever home, then give us a ring on 0121 426 4810 or contact us to make an appointment to meet this lovely boy.
