TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Pongo has recently joined us in kennels after having been in a home for a few months homed directly from his trainer.
Although they said he is a loving dog and loves having cuddles likes laying on the sofa.
He’s a real foodie, like most greyhounds so watch anything left out on the work surfaces!
He can jump up and was to boisterous for their grandson who is a toddler and who is coming to live with them due to a change in circumstances. He is fine with their older daughter so best he is homed with older children only. To see Pongo’s playful side with their daughter, click on the link below
They said they would never be asking for him to be rehomed but purely due to the grandchildren.
Pongo, like many greyhounds, struggle around other breeds of dogs, so will benefit from someone who has experience of socialising greyhounds and helping them realise that other dogs are not to be feared.
If you can help Pongo, he will return your patience by being the best canine companion.
If you’d like to meet Pongo, then give us a ring on 0121 426 4810 or contact us to make an appointment to this lovely boy. .
