Stunning Roman with his distinctive nose is a gentle dog for such a big hound.

He’s been to Cafe Nero with one of our volunteers and he said, “Roman a proper gentle giant. He is a big strong dog that didn’t pull once at anything. Loves fuss from women his tail proper wags.

He wanted to say “Hi” to all the shopkeepers in Mere Green and had a cuddle with the post lady.

He saw other dogs in the cafe and wasn’t bothered on bit about them, and even met a very small fluffy whose owner fell in love with him…but sadly no phone call to express an interest.
