TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Sweet little Rosie had been home with her friend Murphy when her owner’s circumstances changed and she returned them both to the Trust.
We wanted to keep them together but not many people want to take on two greyhounds. We could have homed Rosie several times over but we wanted to try.
After a very long wait, they did indeed go home together but were returned after a few weeks for reasons that had nothing to do with Rosie.
Rather than be in kennels again for a long time we’ve taken the decision to look for separate homes for them as we’ve learned that they perhaps aren’t as bonded as we first thought.
Rosie is a very calm girl who takes life in her stride, except for cats! Unfortunately Rosie isn’t cat friendly so needs a feline free household.
Rosie would suit just about anyone. She’s in good health, walks lovely on the lead, and isn’t fazed by other breeds of dogs. She’s be a good choice for a first time greyhound owner.
Don’t let her age put you off. She’s in good health and has plenty of life to live being loved as someone’s pet. Rosie has waited long enough for a loving home. Please don’t make her wait any longer.
Please call us on 0121 426 4810 or contact us to come and meet this lovely hound.
