TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Fabulous Floyd went on the Tamworth walk recently and did really well. He walks nicely on the lead, will use most of the lead if you let him and he wants to sniff something but walks right next to you on a shorter lead. If anything he walks too close/trip hazard! If you stop he likes to try and get between your legs.
Floyd didn't greet any other breeds up close but walked past plenty with absolutely no reaction. No reaction to kids or prams, although he did show slight interest to football being played and the skaters in the skate park.
Floyd did pant a lot but this had started before I even got him out of the kennel so I think it's just how he is. I got him a doggy ice cream which he wasn't interested in at all, so we gave it to Floyd's kennel mate Biddy. As soon as she had made sure it was edible Floyd wanted to try it and spent the next five minutes sharing it between them.
Floyd's racing name was Black Justice, it would certainly be an injustice if this lovely black boy hung around for too long.
