Another happy homing story

Larry

Update on Larry who was Al. We have had Larry now for 10 weeks. He has achieved so much in those few weeks.

Larry now knows his name and where to go to the toilet, that only took a week. He has settled well in the home and the garden. He has not found the sofa or attempted the stairs yet!! He still struggles with the outside world ( traffic, wheelie bins and loud noise) It's all new so time and patience should work.

He is fine with adults, children and animals even cats. We are seeing Larrys mischievous side come out. He loves to run off with the sofa cushions, shakes them around a little then goes to fetch another.

We have been practising recall. We have realised that this could be a long journey. He chooses when he wants to come. If cheese is involved he will come straight away. We cannot wait for the rest of his personality to come out.

He is an amazing boy and we are grateful to you all.
