Ciaran will be seven in November and it really is time that he found that forever sofa.

Ciaran can sometimes appear a little aloof when meeting people as he is so interested in everything going on around him, but we know he has lots of love to give. Ciaran can be a little unsure around other dogs but is learning how to behave.

Ciaran has recently had a very busy weekend when he spent a few hours off site walking the local hills on the Saturday and participated in the Great Greyhound Global Walk at Worcester on the Sunday. He received glowing reports from both volunteers who spent time with him - here’s what they had to say:

Ciaran was very excited to jump into the car (didn’t need to be asked twice) and rolled around happily on the back seat for the short journey.

Ciaran was excited to get going but walked really nicely up the track to the top of the hill. Ciaran is very inquisitive, loves to sniff and check out what is going on around him.

He was very alert to other dogs and tended to stare intently at them until they were out of sight. He didn’t lunge or bark and if kept on a short lead is easy enough to handle and move on with a bit of encouragement. Ciaran is such a handsome boy he attracted lots of attention and seem to enjoy the additional fuss.

After our walk we went to the cafe for some lunch, Ciaran waited patiently in the queue and was able to ignore the other dogs without a problem. He was very keen to eat his sausage! Lovely boy!

Glowing report number 2:

I had a lovely couple of hours with Ciaran at the Worcester GGGW - he walked lovely with no pulling. He is interested in other dogs, but doesn’t lunge at them and has a waggy tail, but he will take you to them if you aren’t aware. He also enjoyed a puppuccino at the cafe!

Ciaran is a little too fond of his toys to be suitable to live with small children, but will make a lovely pet when given the chance (he would very much enjoy being taken out for more sausages and puppuccinos!)

If you can give Ciaran the chance he so deserves to be loved as someone's pet, then please give us a call on 0121 426 4810 or contact us to make an appointment to visit our kennels.
