Maxi is a little girl with a big name and bigger personality!

5 year old Maxi is a real ray of sunshine, she is LOTS of fun and will make a fabulous addition to any household.

Maxi loves to play with toys and will happily amuse herself, but her favourite thing is to have a human on hand to throw a ball for her (she’s not daft!).

Maxi is very clever at moderating her play and recently showed how brilliant she is with children when she spent some time with a family who came for a viewing. Maxi was very gentle with the children and played fetch with the small boy, even though he could only throw the ball a couple of feet in front of her - it was very sweet to see!

Although Maxi loves her toys she is not possessive and gives them up without a problem - she knows the quicker she gives them up, the sooner she gets to chase them again!

At a recent visit home with one of our volunteers Maxi had lots of fun helping herself to toys from the toy box and played very gently as the space was restricted. Maxi was as good as gold in the house during her visit and even lay down for a snooze while they ate lunch.

Maxi is a happy traveller, she has no problems jumping into the car for trips out and usually lies down quietly during the journey. Maxi enjoys going out and about and is no trouble at all, she has been absolutely fine with other dogs and coped really well with a recent visit to a busy cafe.
